Halloween!

Well Halloween is coming up, and lots of pets are going to be dressing up.
But is Lexi- Nope.
I wish she was going to, but my family seems to be against it.
She got a Halloween bandanna.
She looks really cute with it on.
Hopefully I will get some pictures of her wearing it.

Also Lexi is loving that the weather is cooling off. She likes to chase the leaves and sit majestically on our front lawn.

Summer LookBack

Well Lexi had a wonderful summer. I haven't posted about anything so here's her SUMMER LOOKBACK:

Lexi turned 1 over the summer. She got a new Kong Snugga Wubba. She also went to Petco to get treats form the treat buffet.

Over the summer we got an underground fence. She caught on to the idea quick but ran through the static correction a few times. Oh that Lexi!

I'll try to post more, but I keep forgetting!

Christmas!!! 2009

Lexi LOVED her first Christmas!

She played with her toys right away

and she KNEW it was a special day.

Hi! Lexi is very excited about Christmas! I can tell. This morning she was on a bench we have and she was looking out the window. She's so cute!

This picture is of Lexi on Thanksgiving! She wore her BEAUTIFUL bandana.... but she couldn't resist puting it into her mouth!

About Lexi:

Lexi was approximately born June 1, 2009. She is 1 year old now. She is sweet and VERY fresh. She's a german shepherd mix. (she looks like shiba inu) We adopted her from a shelter in Alabama. The shelter takes dogs from kill-shelters and rescue them. They put them up for adoption. As soon as I saw her picture on Petfinder (http://www.petfinder.com/) I knew she was the one. A couple days before we were supposed to pick her up we got a call saying she had mange. I was very disappointed, but on September 12, 2009 we picked her up from Pennsylvania, where they drive them up. We love her VERY much!
